Health Guarantee for OUR American Bully Puppies

All available American Bully puppies are fully vaccinated and current on all shots and come with a health guarantee for 60 days from the date of purchase.

1. Paperwork

When you pick up your puppy, you will receive a packet with all of his/her paperwork. If you live out of province or territory, and one of our nannies is flying or driving your puppy to you, it will be given to you when they meet you at the airport or your home with your puppy.

2. Our Guarantee

Each of our puppies has received up-to-date immunizations and preventive treatments for worms, giardia, and coccidia.

We breed only high-quality, healthy males and females which have no known significant health issues and which have been health-tested for common American Bully breed-specific conditions. As a result, our puppies, which have all been thoroughly examined by our veterinarian, have had excellent overall health.

While there is no such thing as a perfect puppy, just as there are no perfect humans, you are adopting a high-quality American Bully puppy. Therefore, you should expect a puppy of good overall health which will have a happy and active life.

We guarantee that the puppy we sell to you is in healthy condition when you purchase it, and that the parents of the puppy are healthy dogs without genetic health problems, and that we believe the parents are breed-worthy, which means that we believe they have good conformation, good dispositions, and are healthy dogs. We can guarantee that you will be getting a puppy in healthy condition.
Registration:

All of our breeding American Bully males and females have full ABKC (American Bully Kennel Club) registration. All puppies from their litters are eligible for either full or limited (pet only) registration. All of the American Bully puppies that are adopted from us will come with a minimum of 3-generation pedigree charts for both parents, a veterinary check letter, and a sales contract with health record, in addition to the ABKC paperwork.

It is your responsibility to submit the paperwork to the ABKC and pay the appropriate registration fees for the type of registration you desire, if any. There may be an extra cost to purchase a puppy with full ABKC registration, so unless you plan on breeding or showing your American Bully in conformation events, you will only need to consider limited registration.

3. Your Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your puppy for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price within 60 days of purchase.

Important Conditions:
Transportation is not included in the refund as we want serious, committed buyers only.
In order for us to honor this guarantee, the dog must not show any signs of mental or physical abuse, neglect, or improper care, and must have been vaccinated appropriately according to the schedule provided.
A vaccination schedule will be provided for each puppy so you know what future vaccinations are due, and when.

Prior Approval Required:
If there are any health problems with the dog that require a veterinary office procedure and/or surgery, we must be notified and give prior approval before the procedure or surgery is performed. If any procedures or surgeries are performed on the dog without our approval, the health guarantee is immediately void.

Financial Responsibility:
All veterinary bills are the sole responsibility of the puppy owner. Royal Bully Home is not responsible for any veterinary bills or medical expenses you may incur.
Our Commitment:

We guarantee that the American Bullies that we are breeding do not have any health problems. Both parents are healthy dogs or we would not be breeding them because we are trying to improve the breed overall. We don’t want to see any dogs suffer with health problems, so we do our best to make sure we are only breeding top-quality healthy dogs from good bloodlines.

We feel this is a FAIR and REALISTIC health and satisfaction guarantee.
Why Our 60-Day Guarantee is Different

If you do your research on other breeders who offer a one-year health guarantee that often sounds better because it is a longer guarantee, beware a lot of those breeders will make you return your dog to them to get a replacement puppy (they typically do not give cash back, and you have to surrender your dog to them). In our opinion, this guarantee isn’t worth much because at that point, most dog owners are way too attached to their dog and will not surrender their dog to the breeder and have to wait months or years for another dog.

Our guarantee is for 60 days, and it is a full purchase price money-back guarantee (shipping not included), and it is a satisfaction guarantee, not just a health guarantee. We want to make sure the puppy is working out in its new home, that it is a good match for the owners, and that the owners are happy with it. We give this type of guarantee to try to ensure that none of our puppies end up in shelters or in unwanted homes.

4. Void to This Warranty

For this guarantee to be valid, you must have your puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian (DVM) within 30 days from the date you take possession, and the results must be communicated directly to us.

This contract does not cover:

Death, injuries, illnesses, or debilitating disorders that result from accidents, neglect, or improper care.
Injuries sustained from a jump or fall from an excessive height.
Injuries or disorders from excessive exertion or stress, especially in hot weather, to which American Bullies can be uniquely sensitive.
Any condition arising from failure to provide standard, proper care for your American Bully.

⚠️ Critical Notice: Failure to provide proper care for your American Bully will void this warranty in its entirety.

5. How to Submit a Claim

All claims must be submitted in writing via email. Please include:

Your full name and contact information.
The puppy’s name, date of birth, and date of purchase.
A detailed description of the issue or concern.
Supporting documentation (e.g., veterinary records, photos, videos).

6. Important Disclaimer

This Health Guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in Canada. However, this guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the puppy.

Royal Bully Home reserves the right to verify all claims and, at our sole discretion, determine eligibility for refunds or replacements under this policy.

7. Entire Agreement

This Health Guarantee, together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms and Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Royal Bully Home regarding the purchase and adoption of our puppies.
